Our freshness guarantee.
Due to the delicate nature of live and harvested microgreens, we cannot accept physical returns. Once the greens leave our facility, they are non-returnable.
If your greens arrive damaged, wilted beyond recovery, or do not meet our quality standards, we will gladly issue a replacement or a full refund.
You may cancel a one-time order up to 24 hours before the scheduled harvest. Subscription changes or cancellations must be made 3 days prior to the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the current week's crop.
